Vikram Readymix Concrete Co. is looking for a qualified Senior Engineer with 7–8 years of experience in industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with contractors, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Manage site execution for industrial construction projects
Supervise civil works including foundations, RCC, structural works, and finishing
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material usage
Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site
Prepare and review daily progress reports & measurements
Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Support project planning, inspections, and handover activities
🎓 Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
💼 Experience Required
7–8 years of relevant experience
Mandatory experience in industrial construction projects
Experience in factories, plants, warehouses, or infrastructure projects preferred
💼 Skills Required
Strong knowledge of RCC & industrial civil works
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Good coordination & communication skills
Site management & problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of quality and safety practices
Basic computer skills (Excel, reports, emails)
